If for whatever reason you decide to stop using the Contextured service you may cancel at anytime. Please email us at:

We will cancel your Paypal repeat billing account, you are welcome to do this yourself or check that we done it. Contextured charges no cancellation fees and you will not be billed again. Your service will expire at the end of your paid for period.
Obviously we are concerned that you decided to stop using our service and would be very grateful if you could take a few moments to let us know why the service isn’t right for you.

We are committed to making Contextured the best search marketing and optimization platform in the world and we need to learn about what we are doing wrong to achieve that goal.
Due to the nature of our service being delivered via the web we are continually improving our service and adding new features and functionality. If you would be interested in receiving our monthly newsletter detailing these improvements please sign up for our newsletter.
We will keep your account details on our servers for a period of 3 months (all financial records will have been deleted) so that if you decided to come back you won’t need to go through the set-up process again.
